You will find full details of my fees and appointment packages on this page, along with the booking terms. I take pride in the quality of the service I offer, and my fees reflect the extensive training and experience that underpins my practice.

I have limited availability as I balance clinical practice with teaching, writing and family life. I require payment in advance for all bookings and a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellations.

Packages

I offer a small discount on packages of three sessions, to make it easier for people who need an intensive course of treatment to plan ahead. These sessions must be used within six months and my normal cancellation policy applies to each session.

I do not recommend purchasing a package if you plan to claim on insurance, as I can only provide a receipt after all of the sessions have taken place.

Common questions

How do I book?
Appointments can be booked online. If you have any questions before committing, you are welcome to book a free telephone enquiry.
When is payment taken?

Payment is required in full to confirm all bookings. This is handled through Stripe. Please ensure you complete the payment in the online booking system, as your booking will not be saved otherwise.

For bookings made in person, I can accept card payments via Stripe, or bank transfers if you prefer.

What is the cancellation policy?

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

I appreciate that life is not always predictable, and I may offer to reschedule missed appointments in exceptional circumstances.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you're unable to attend your appointment, as others may be waiting for a space. SMS is the most reliable way to contact me on the day, as I'm not always able to check email and other messaging platforms when I'm in clinic.

Do you accept health insurance?

If you have a policy with WPA, or a health cash plan with another provider, I can send a clinic receipt after your session — just ask me on the day. Sadly, I am no longer registered with any other insurance companies, as their fee caps are not financially viable for me.

If you plan to claim on insurance, I recommend booking individual appointments, as I can only provide a receipt for packages after all of the sessions have taken place.

Can I get a receipt?

I can provide a receipt after each session on request — just remind me when you come in for your appointment.

For packages, I can only issue a receipt once all sessions on the package have taken place.

Do you offer concessions?

I do not typically offer concessions as I have very limited availability and there are excellent low cost student clinics available for those who may struggle to afford my fees.

The London School of Osteopathy Student Clinic offers affordable treatment a short walk away in Bethnal Green.

The Osteopathic Centre for Children is a charitable clinic based near Tower Bridge. Treatment is offered on a donation basis and no child is ever turned away because of their family's inability to pay. However, the charity's costs to provide the service are similar to my fees, and it is only possible to make treatment available to those who need it most because those who can afford to give generously.
